1 pound Noodles (Any Kind)
1 lb. of Meat (of Any Kind), Thinly Sliced
12 of an onion, medium
1 red bell pepper in its entirety 1 cup of cabbage
Mushrooms, four ounces
1 cup Spinach
The Sauce for Mongolian Noodles
a tablespoon and a half of flour a tablespoon and a half of hoisin sauce
4 cloves Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seed oil 0.5 ounces of soy sauce
a quarter of a teaspoon of ground ginger, a quarter of a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, and a half cup of filtered water
Marinade for the Meat
4 minced garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of oil 1 fourth of a cup of Worchestershire sauce
1/4 measuring cup of soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
