3 pound Pork Belly

2 ounces Honey, Raw

2 oz Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

2 Tbsp Salt

1 level tablespoon of black pepper

1 tablespoon of dried Rosemary (ground)

1 Tbsp Sage (rubbed, ie ground)

1 level tablespoon of garlic powder

6 cups of organic, free-range chicken broth
